Returns We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for US customers.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. Return Conditions Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty or skincare products unless they are defective.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
