Thank you for shopping with Spirit Therapy LLC. We carefully prepare and ship our natural self-care products with the goal of getting your order to you safely, beautifully, and in a timely manner.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy seasons, product launches, sales, local events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay in preparing your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Options and Rates
Shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping rates are shown at checkout. Because shipping rates may vary based on the size, weight, destination, carrier, and service selected, the final shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your purchase.
Customers are responsible for selecting the shipping method they prefer at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change the shipping method before the order is processed.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves Spirit Therapy LLC, delivery timing is handled by the shipping carrier.
Spirit Therapy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, holidays, customs, service interruptions, or other events outside of our control. However, if your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help you look into it.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the shipping service selected. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Spirit Therapy LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at spirittherapyllc@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or has been handed to the carrier.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, and the carrier first. Packages are sometimes marked delivered before they physically arrive.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us at spirittherapyllc@gmail.com and include your order number. While Spirit Therapy LLC is not responsible for packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier, we will do our best to assist you with the next steps.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at spirittherapyllc@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. This helps us review the issue and determine the best next step.
Natural Product and Heat-Sensitive Item Notice
Some Spirit Therapy LLC products are made with natural oils, butters, waxes, and botanical ingredients. During warm weather or extreme temperatures, certain products may soften, melt, or shift in texture during transit.
If a product arrives softened, place it in a cool room or refrigerator until it firms back up. A change in texture from temperature exposure does not necessarily mean the product is damaged or unusable.
Local Pickup or Local Delivery
If Spirit Therapy LLC offers local pickup or local delivery, those options will be shown at checkout when available. Local pickup or delivery availability may change based on schedule, location, inventory, or event commitments.
International Shipping
At this time, Spirit Therapy LLC may limit shipping to the United States unless international shipping options are made available at checkout.
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees required by their country. Spirit Therapy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping processes.
